“I contracted Evelyn Gordon to conduct an Estate Sale at my parents home. My mother was the recipient of several estates over her life time and so accumulated many unusual items. I was at a loss as to what many of the items were and as to their value. Evelyn quickly identified most everything and was aware of the current values, anything she was unsure of was researched.

There was a long line of people waiting for entry the morning of the sale. They were allowed in, in an orderly fashion. The customers were treated respectfully and all went smoothly.

Most of the items were sold and picked up during the sale. It made me feel good to know that my parents treasures would be used and enjoyed by others. I know my parents would feel that way also. I was very pleased with the proceeds of the sale. Evelyn gave me suggestions for the remaining items. There was very little I had to do. When it was all finished I felt as if a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I could never have done it myself.

Settling a parents estate can be such a stressful and emotional task. I was so glad to have someone help me who I could trust and who had my best interests in mind. Evelyn treated me, my parents home, and their possessions with complete respect. I would recommend that anyone in similar circumstances should avail themselves of her services.”
