PRIOR TO THE SALE

• We will unpack, organize and stage a sale in your home

• We will photograph and advertise via the Internet, newspapers and signage; currently the Internet exposure to your sale is over 5,000 prospective buyers

• We will research and determine the current market value for each item

• We will provide tables and locking showcases if necessary for valuable items

• Items not included in the sale will be secured for safety

DURING THE SALE

• We will provide Professional, seasoned staff commensurate with the size of the sale

• We will provide packing materials for small purchases

• We will provide generous signage when allowed by local ordinance

AFTER THE SALE

• We will pay the proceeds less commission in cash following the close of the sale

• We will remove all signs posted

• We will make recommendations for any leftover items
